Sometimes insomnia pays off! I woke up this morning and after awhile decided to go downstairs. Larry had just left from work and then came back because he forgot something and he told me about the lunar eclipse. I went outside at approx. 5:15 am (Pacific Daylight Time) and saw a partial eclipse (too bad I wasn't awake earlier to see the whole show!) There was a huge brown splotch over the bottom right-hand side of the moon. VERY COOL! Now I will try to go back to sleep! Anybody else catch it? I guess the West Coast (of America) had the best visibility, so I am lucky!
