I've been popping two valerian capsules about an hour before I think I want to fall asleep and they've been helping me sleep really well (no more of this taking Nyquil shit!)

Not much to say today. Watched "My Uncle Silas" on Masterpiece Theatre last night...I love Albert Finney. Speaking of which, I never did go and see "Big Fish" which I thought looked good (and I like most Tim Burton flicks)...it's coming to the cheap cinema soon so I'll wait until then.

Looks to be another nice day...supposed to get up into the lower/mid 70's. It's a little hazy right now, but very sunny for the most part. Maybe I'll put on some sunscreen and walk up to the park on the top of the hill with a book and a blanket (and a snack)
