Tommorrow is my birthday. Larry, mom, and I are driving down to Ashland for the weekend (and we'll also be visiting Crater Lake) so it should be fun.

I feel so horrible for the people along the Gulf Coast. It also seems to me (but I'm now down there witnessing it for myself) that basic things like water and food aren't reaching New Orleans in an efficient manner. Those poor people. What's the hold up??

I never got to visit New Orleans and I now I know it'll never be the same. If you've visited New Orleans, write in my guestbook and/or notes and relate your experiences to me!! Actually, mom tells me that in a way I DID visit New Orleans..She was visiting there when pregnant with me in 1969!!
